Every LME piece is handmade, gift-boxed and sent with tracked shipping from our studio in Jiangsu, China. Here is how shipping works, from checkout to your door.

Shipping rates
Orders of $99 USD or more ship free. Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $8.99. The rate is based on your item subtotal and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed. Custom pieces are made to order and ship once they are finished.
Delivery time
Once shipped, tracked delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs.
Order tracking
Every order ships with tracked cross-border logistics. We send your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our studio.
