Shipping rates
Orders of $99 USD or more ship free. Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $10. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, and every order arrives in our gift box by default.
Handling & delivery
We ship cross-border with tracked logistics. After payment confirmation, please allow roughly 7–15 business days for delivery (timing varies by destination and customs). You will receive tracking once the parcel leaves our studio. Custom pieces are made to order before they ship.
30-day returns & exchanges
Changed your mind, or the size isn't quite right? Within 30 days of delivery, unworn items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged. Just message us on WhatsApp or by email first. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Quality issues & shipping damage
If a piece arrives with a quality issue or shipping damage, please contact us promptly (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with photos or a video, and we will offer an exchange or a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Natural variation
Differences in the color, patterns and inclusions of natural crystals, as well as color differences caused by lighting or screens, are not considered quality issues. Every piece is one of a kind — that is the charm of natural crystal.
Custom pieces
Custom pieces cannot be returned, except for quality issues.
