- Gift box: every order arrives gift-boxed by default.
- Shipping: free shipping on orders of $99 or more; otherwise a flat $8.99, calculated at checkout. Ships from Jiangsu, China with tracked cross-border logistics.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 days after the return is received and inspected.
- Quality issues or shipping damage: contact us within about 7 days of delivery with photos or video for an exchange or refund. Natural variation in crystal is not a quality issue.
- Custom pieces cannot be returned except for quality issues.
- Cancellation: an order can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped (message us with the order number).
